A rich royal blue duchess silk satin fabric with a luxurious, lustrous and glossy finish. This is the 'Rolls Royce' of satins and is sometimes referred to as 'princess satin'. In the skilled hands, duchess satin fabric can be molded and sculpted in many ways allowing one to create an elegant form-fitting evening dress, high-waisted skirt with a-line or fuller silhouette and a matching asymmetric top with bow detail.
