Jakob Schlaepfer

Jakob Schlaepfer is a 104-year-old textile company, known for their ‘fantasy fabrics’ such as sequined embroidery, developed in the 1960s. The tortoise-shell look sequins used by Louis Vuitton, which were the L.V. logo chopped up in a blender, were a Schlaepfer creation.
