In honour of what would have been Coco Chanel’s 135^th birthday this weekend, our weekly Best Dressed list is dedicated to the French style icon. These are the Chanel looks we’ve loved most over the past 15 years – which one’s your number one?

Like SJP on the night, this glorious gun-metal grey dress was a winner - slinky on top and sparkly, embellished full skirt on the bottom, with a subtle hint of the famous legs that lie beneath.

What would a Chanel roundup be without a Little Black Dress? Natalie Portman’s beautiful, lacy, tea length LBD epitomises the grace and elegance of Chanel design.

Charlize Theron absolutely rocked this spectacular Chanel leather jacket that’s still on our wish list.

Kate Moss looked fantastic (as usual) in an outfit we all immediately wanted (as usual), tucking her silky, pleated white Chanel blouse into loose black trousers and creating the ultimate, effortlessly stylish look (as usual…).
