Devoré is a technique used mostly on velvets. A process to dissolve fibres to create a semi-transparent pattern against a solid woven fabric. This dark red floral on a semi-sheer ivory devoré velvet with short soft pile, is ideal for a dress or skirt. Perfect for the autumn/winter and a lovely addition to any wardrobe.
