An ivory silk shantung with pintucks. Shantung is characterised by its textured look. Can be used for eveningwear, skirts, bridal gowns and suits. The subtle slub that is shantung's character gives it that little something extra, setting it apart from a completely plain fabric. It usually has a matte sheen making it very popular with couturiers and designers.
